Established in 1975 and located in Cleveland, Suntrol has been the Midwest leader in glass-enhancing solutions for nearly 50 years. Suntrol provides solar control, custom design, privacy, sustainability, and security solutions for residential and commercial clientele.
We have represented Suntrol since 2011. Services include public relations, consulting, branding, website design, ad and brochure design, media buying, video production, email campaigns, and customized COVID-19 Response Plans. Brand awareness and media relations campaigns were developed to support the company’s 40th and 45th anniversaries, multiple awards, significant community partnerships, and recent 2024 acquisition by the Solar Tint family of brands.

Kateswell
Kateswell is a nonprofit that provides grants to Ohio cancer nonprofits and families. Founded by Katie and Brian Vanderhorst following Katie’s victory over lymphoma, the organization started as a consulting client. During the process, we determined that the organization needed to rename, rebrand, and relaunch after learning that the original name was an expression of profanity in another language.
We created a unique name and brand identity for these cancer crusaders, and designed a website, public relations campaign, social media strategy, event strategy, and marketing collateral. The rebrand was supported by a multi-channel public relations campaign that included regional news release distribution, a professional video, and a television appearance.

Guest appearance on Daytime Columbus and a professionally-produced story video.
From October 2019 to July 2023, the website received more than 19,000 page views and generated more than $94,000 in online donations.
From October 2019 to December 2023, Kateswell awarded 65 grants to 38 nonprofits and six families totaling more than $193,000. More than $70,000 in grants were awarded in 2023 alone.

Modcon Living
Modcon Living and its new social enterprise, Mod Squad, were widely promoted through a three-phase rebranding and promotional campaign. Mod Squad is a social enterprise handyman service that generates funding for Modcon Living’s Safe at Home program, and it is a successful example of a public-private partnership. The dual-brand, multi-channel campaign included strategic consulting, public relations, media relations, community relations, elite naming, graphic design, website design, event promotion, social media campaign strategy, and a new location launch.

We helped rename the book, Finding Confidence in Conflict: How to Negotiate Anything and Live Your Best Life, and developed copywriting, bios, and testimonials for the new cover design.
Two cover designs were created with target audiences and brand strategy in mind.

Our team served as communication and branding strategists for the American Negotiation Institute for more than four years while the company was building its internal team. Our brand analysis led to the repositioning and rebranding of the organization.
